LHA Trust Funds Names Judson Spencer VP of Work Comp and Risk

Judson Spencer has joined Louisiana Hospital Association Trust Funds as the company’s vice president of workers’ compensation and risk. Spencer has more than 20 years of experience in insurance operations, compliance, risk management and business process improvement.
