Hospitals, insurers, self-insured employers, risk-management pools and third party administrators can now make reports electronically, the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court announced.
The state's workers' compensation law requires that claim and stop-loss threshold counts by diagnostic-related groups, or DRGs, be reported to the court, and the court has now activated its web-based system. Users can log in here or register to use the portal.
