The Montana Department of Labor and Industry revised rules adopted last month to create a system for injured workers to petition to reopen medical benefits five years after the date of injury.
Revisions filed with the Secretary of State on March 28 would eliminate language the department said it inadvertently failed to delete as part of the rulemaking process that started in November.
