What do working people wonder and worry about when their lives (and work) have just been disrupted by a new illness, injury or a change in a chronic condition?
While creating a course to train doctors how to meet their patients' needs, we realized we had to know what those needs were. It seemed obvious that patients would want to know what is wrong with them and what kind of medical care they need. But beyond those things, we came up with a list of predictable and totally reasonable issues:
