The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited a Wichita roofing contractor for exposing employees to falls and other safety hazards.
Jose Barrientos faces proposed penalties totaling $191,071 for two willful and six serious violations. OSHA issued the citations on May 23.
