A contractor working in Montana faces up to 20 years in federal prison following a conviction on three of eight felony wire fraud charges brought against him.John Robert Mulinski, 50, of Covington, Wash., was accused of defrauding homeowners and media in Flathead County, Mont., through his contracting company Sunrise Quality Construction. Prosecutors say Mulinski didn't show up or complete roofing jobs and his customers were unable to reach him because he provided a false address.
