State representatives on Monday passed three workers’ compensation bills that now move to the Senate.
House Bill 1462, as introduced, was an attempt to revive the Oklahoma Option but was amended to delete any reference to the former Employee Injury Benefit Act, which the state Supreme Court ruled last year was unconstitutional.
