Refunds for NCCI Loss-Cost Glitch Top $12M

Alaska regulators said Thursday they have tallied nearly $400,000 in refunds stemming from a computer glitch at the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI), pushing the total due nationwide to $12 million.
