Three providers who didn’t respond to suspension notices sent in March are no longer allowed to participate in California’s workers’ compensation system.
The Department of Industrial Relations, effective April 14, suspended Julian Garcia, a provider of durable medical equipment; interpreter Jethro Marrujo; and Dr. Peter A. Beoris. Orders posted to the department’s website say Garcia, Marrujo and Beoris did not respond to suspension notices they received in March.
