DWC to Release Draft OMFS Shortly

The California Division of Workers' Compensation plans to release a draft for updating the Official Medical Fee Schedule as early as February 10. Suzanne Honor-Vangerov, the DWC's chief fee schedule consultant, advised the Industrial Medical Council yesterday that the draft may not issue until April, but that it is the intention of the DWC to get public debate going with the release of the ground rules draft.
