Epic Appoints Principal for Automotive Industry Clients

Epic Insurance Brokers and Consultants announced Tuesday the appointment of Eric Kitei as a principal for the firm’s Southern California operation. He will focus on auto dealers and the automotive industry.

Kitei will be based in Epic’s Irvine office, reporting to Pacific South Region President Jim Gillette.

Kitei will work with Epic’s national automotive industry practice, led by Eric Shaw. He will be responsible for new business development, the design, placement and management of property and casualty and workers’ compensation insurance programs and providing risk management services to clients in the auto dealership industry.

Kitei earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Arizona State University. He holds the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow designation.
