Court Upholds Award for FedEx Driver With No Evidence of Acute Injury

The Arkansas Court of Appeals upheld an award of permanent impairment benefits and wage-loss disability benefits for a FedEx driver even though multiple medical witnesses said they could find no evidence of an acute injury to explain his symptoms.
