A Texas company that makes steel products for highways around the country has been cited by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration for 11 serious workplace safety violations.  OSHA cited Fort Worth-based Structural & Steel Products Manufacturing Ltd. for 11 serious violations covering a wide range of violations at its Fort Worth-area factory.
