No Decision in SB 1160 Challenge; Next Hearing Thursday

The federal judge presiding over the constitutional challenge to the lien stay provision in Senate Bill 1160 did not make any decision on a request for a temporary injunction at a hearing last week and ordered parties to return for further proceedings on Thursday. There is no docket entry for the Aug. 24 hearing, during which U.S. District Court Judge George H.
