WCB Extends Comment Period on Proposed Changes

The Alaska Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) announced that it is extending the public comment period for proposed regulatory changes to Title 8, Chapter 45 of the state’s Administrative Code covering compensation, medical benefits and proceedings before the board.The first comment period expired April 26, but the WCB announced it will now take comments until 4 p.m. on May 10.
