Department Offers Adjuster Training at 3 Out-of-State Locations

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry is offering workers' compensation adjuster training at three out-of-state locations in August and September.The dates and locations are Schaumburg, Ill., Aug. 25 and 26; Overland Park, Kan., Sept. 8 and 9, and Wausau, Wis., Oct. 20 and 21.Each location will have a full day of condensed basic adjuster's training, which the department says is "recommended for adjusters with less than one year of Minnesota workers' compensation experience," followed by a half-day for questions and answers.
