Forbes Says Terrorism Bill Likely to be Law

Terrorism insurance legislation will probably become law during next week's lame duck Congress predicts financial publication Forbes. According to the magazine's web site, President George W. Bush confirmed at a White House press conference yesterday afternoon that the legislation is one of his top priorities.
