IL Judge Rules Employer Fees Unconstitutional

A Cook County Circuit Court judge ruled that State of Illinois fees imposed last year on Illinois employers were improper. The ruling came in a lawsuit filed by the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce seeking to strike down state fee increases that it claimed were excessive and unconstitutional.
