The South Carolina Supreme Court on Wednesday rebuked a Greenville-based attorney for misconduct related to his handling of a client’s workers’ compensation settlement, as well as two other instances of misconduct. Stephen Yacobi successfully negotiated settlement of a workers’ compensation case on behalf of a client in November 2012.
