DWC Proposes Adopting ODG Mental Illness and Stress Sections

The California Division of Workers' Compensation posted to its online forum proposed rules that would incorporate into the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule mental illness and stress recommendations in the Official Disability Guidelines. The division is proposing to adopt the "Mental Illness & Stress Guideline" in ODG, published by the Work Loss Data Institute. The ODG section was last updated March 25, 2015.
