A Hialeah, Fla., electronic contractor was cited for three violations of federal safety laws by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) after a worker suffered a serious head injury in August.OSHA said in a news release it proposed fines totaling $50,400 against Bennett Electrical Services Co. following an inspection.
