A federal jury convicted three executives for a chain of clinics in Texas and Louisiana on fraud and conspiracy charges for using untrained and unlicensed staff to treat injured federal employees, and billing the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs as if the services were provided by licensed professionals.
The jury convicted Team Work Ready Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey Eugene Rose, Chief Financial Officer Pamela Annette Rose and Vice President of Operations Frankie Lee Sanders after a 16-day trial, the U.S. Attorneys Office for Southern Texas said.
