A fishing guide caught a big surprise this week when he was arrested and charged with working while collecting injury benefits.
Carl Stokes, a prison guard in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, had been receiving workers' compensation benefits since November, when he claimed he was injured on the job, according to a local news report. But officers this summer purchased fishing trip tickets for $240 each and found that Stokes was the guide for Reel River Adventures.
