Former State Senator Accused of Failing to Provide WC Coverage

The Idaho Industrial Commission has filed a lawsuit against a former state lawmaker who allegedly failed to provide workers' compensation coverage for employees of his restaurant, the Couer d'Alene Press reported. The newspaper said the commission charges that former Republican state Senator Mike Jorgenson of Hayden Lake has not paid for coverage since Dec. 1.
