StoneRiver Agrees to Pay $1 Million for Overcharges

StoneRiver Pharmacy Solutions has agreed to pay $1 million in restitution to Massachusetts state government and local cities and towns for prescription overcharges in the workers' compensation system.Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley said in a press release that recoveries from her investigation of prescription overcharges now exceed $9 million.
