Beginning in July 2009, workers’ compensation insurers in Oregon will be required to send policy information instead of guaranty contracts to satisfy the proof of coverage law – and, for the first time, they’ll have to file the proof electronically.The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division (WCD) is taking no chances that insurers will be caught off guard.
