An advisory committee to the Oregon Workers’ Compensation Board will meet on Dec. 17 to discuss a rule concept regarding obtaining “individual identifiable health information” through a subpoena.
The meeting, which starts at 9 a.m., will take place in Portland at 16760 SW Upper Boones Ferry Road, Suite 220, Hearing Room G.
