Division Revises Bulletins on Voc-Rehab, Hospital Fees

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division on Thursday updated bulletins impacting hospital fees and vocational assistance eligibility. The WCD revised Bulletin 124 to reflect temporary changes in Administrative Rule 436-120 that took effect Feb. 23. The division modified the rule to comply with the Oregon Court of Appeals’ decision in Chu v. SAIF Corp.
