AUSTIN, Texas — The chairman of the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission said Monday that the state Supreme Court vindicated his agency when it ruled last week that the Oklahoma Option was unconstitutional.
Robert Gilliland said that despite the court decision, he expects opt-out supporters to take another run at the Legislature when it reconvenes in February.
