The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board is recommending that a lawyer, whose law license has already been suspended, be convicted of additional charges based on a complaint by a client that he had dismissed her workers' compensation claim without her permission.
The board accepted most of the findings of the Office of Disciplinary Counsel against Hugh E.
