Coventry Health Care, which last month announced plans to sell its First Health Services Corp., its fee-based Medicaid services subsidiary, said Tuesday its second-quarter net earnings were down nearly 78% to $18.42 million, from $83.15 million in the second quarter of 2008.Coventry said excluding the impact of the First Health Services Corp.
