WCC to Consider Changes to Fee Schedule, IME Rules

The Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court has scheduled a public hearing for 9:30 a.m. Dec. 14 to receive testimony on several proposed rule changes. Changes to the following rules are proposed: Rule 5, interpreters: Set deadlines for submission of the Request for Interpreter and for the affidavit affirming selection of an interpreter, and require that the affidavit state the name of the interpreter and the date of the legal proceeding.
