Training Program Covers Billing Rules Challenged as Underground Regulations

The latest online training program launched by the California Division of Workers’ Compensation features an interpretation of billing rules that a Southern California judge could disallow as underground regulations next month. Three providers will go before Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James C.
