Doctor Censured for Negligence May Not Treat Injured Workers, Board Says

A Canton physician has voluntarily resigned his authorization to treat injured workers after a censure and reprimand for negligence and failure to maintain records. Dr. Luc Perrier, whose last-known practice address is 80 E. Main St., is prohibited from treating injured workers or performing independent medical examinations, the state Workers’ Compensation Board said in Subject No. 046-968.
