Couple Accused of Running $65M Scheme to Prescribe Compounded Drugs

The federal government has moved to prosecute a Tennessee couple accused of running a kickback scheme to unlawfully prescribe $65 million worth of compounded medications to active-duty sailors and Marines in the San Diego area.  Jimmy and Ashley Collins were arraigned at the federal courthouse in Chattanooga, Tennessee, last Friday.
