The Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents (DIA) announced last week it is approaching the "launch window" for its new Document Management System and will require users to have online accounts.The workers' compensation agency has not announced the opening date for the system, but confirmed in a bulletin that the system will launch sometime during the first quarter of 2009.At that time, DIA said, it will require that all documents submitted by hard copy at conciliation, conference or as correspondence to an adjudicator must be accompanied by a bar- coded cover sheet.
