Worker Comp Court Closing Dates

Worker comp court cases will be canceled statewide in New Jersey on May 18 for Spring Judicial College and the N.J. State Bar Association's annual meeting and convention in Atlantic City, according to a memorandum issued by Judge Russell Wojtenko Jr., director and chief judge of compensation.

Other court cancelations include the Fall Judicial College, held on the third day of the third week in October, as well as the day after Thanksgiving, the day of the Workers’ Compensation Bench Bar Conference and the days between Christmas and New Years.
