One double-dipper was convicted in February and two claimants were arrested on workers’ compensation fraud charges, according to a monthly report by the Pennsylvania Insurance Fraud Prevention Authority.
John Ackley, of Laurel Springs, New Jersey, was sentenced on Feb. 5 to five years' probation and ordered to pay $10,000 in restitution after he pleaded guilty to workers’ compensation insurance fraud.
