The California Senate passed a bill that would limit federal immigration activities in state-owned buildings while the Assembly passed a bill proposing criteria that doctors would have to consider when determining impairments caused by breast cancer. The Assembly on Monday voted 75-0 to pass AB 479, by Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez Fletcher, D-San Diego.
