A Southern California psychologist was censured for failing to review medical records in at least four disability evaluations conducted for the Social Security Administration.
The California Board of Psychology in March adopted a stipulated settlement and disciplinary order reproving the license of Antoine N. Francisco. The settlement also required Francisco to complete eight hours of educational courses covering forensic examinations.
Francisco must also reimburse the board $3,500 for the cost of its investigation.
