Psychologist Disciplined for Failing to Review Records in Disability Evaluations

A Southern California psychologist was censured for failing to review medical records in at least four disability evaluations conducted for the Social Security Administration. The California Board of Psychology in March adopted a stipulated settlement and disciplinary order reproving the license of Antoine N. Francisco.
