A construction worker from Lake Worth, Fla., has been charged with using a stolen Social Security number to file a workers' compensation claim, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported Tuesday.The newspaper said Arnoldo Flores, 20, used the stolen Social Security number to obtain a construction job in Broward County, Fla., according to the state Department of Financial Services.
