The Dallas Morning News reported Wednesday that a grand jury indicted a Dallas police officer Dec. 16 on one count of felony insurance claim fraud. Officer Larry Bankston, 37, is accused of working off-duty jobs while he was on injury leave from the police department and receiving worker's compensation benefits, the Morning News reported. Bankston, who was hired in 2003, was reported to be on restricted duty. Source: Dallas Morning News
