Florida Gov. Jeb Bush formally added workers' compensation reform to the special session agenda Thursday. HB 25A is scheduled for vote today as a result of the addition by Bush to the agenda. Bush released a statement yesterday, in conjunction with the agenda amendment, that he was encouraged by progress between parties that a solution could be agreed to without compromising discussions on the state's budget.
