DWC Re-opening Comment on MPN Regs

The California Division of Workers' Compensation has revised proposed emergency regulations on medical provider networks and has reopened public comment for another 15 days. The division added language that will allow Medical Provider Networks to submit information to the DWC on computer disks and it clarifies how MPNs are to give information about ancillary services.
