West Virginia Gov. Bob Wise has called a special legislative session to deal with that state's workers' compensation crisis.The session was slated to begin last night and the ending date apparently is open ended, assuming issues cannot be resolved over the weekend, which state press reports indicate would be a long shot.Lawmakers will need to schedule around vacations and other scheduling conflicts during June and July if things aren't resolved this weekend.A number of issues on workers' compensation need to be addressed, including the issues raised by the special review committee, which has r...
