A claimant who altered a doctor's medical report to receive workers' compensation benefits was sentenced to two to four years in state prison this week, the state Attorney General Tom Corbett announced in a press release.
Kenneth L. Knight, 47, of Greensburg, Penn., was found guilty on all charges of insurance fraud, criminal attempt and forgery after a jury trial last April. Knight was sentenced by Westmoreland County Judge John Blahovec.
