Conference Will Focus on Solutions to Insurer Woes

An interdisciplinary group will consider solutions to challenges facing insurers, such as heightened catastrophe risk, restricted capacity, new exposures and illegal immigration, during the Society of Insurance Research Annual Conference from Oct. 22-25 in Charleston, S.C. Specific sessions at the meeting will include an open forum with several insurance commissioners.
