Times: No Plans to Charge Fired AIG Exec

The New York attorney general doesn't intend to charge former American International Group executive Michael Murphy for allegedly destroying documents about the insurer's accounting practices, the New York Times reported Tuesday. Eliot Spitzer's office, however, said Tuesday that the Times got the story wrong. Prosecutors don't expect to file any criminal charges right now, they said.
