The Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission has added an additional arbitrator, bringing the total new hires to seven.
The latest hire is Jacqueline Kinnaman, who served here as a commissioner for 14 years. She will handle 2/3 of the Geneva call. She holds a B.A. degree in Journalism and a law degree, both from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
The commission also says that the December calendar for the new Chicago arbitrators has been issued:
