A doctor in Southern California is facing criminal charges for allegedly referring workers’ compensation patients to have procedures performed at other companies he owned.
The Riverside County District Attorney’s Office charged Dr. Sanjoy Banerjee, 42, with seven felonies, including two counts of fraud and five counts of perjury. Banerjee is scheduled to be arraigned July 7.
